To Speak With The Doctor
The Doctor may not be able to speak with you immediately when you call. If you leave your name and telephone number with the front desk staff, the Doctor will attempt to contact you during the day.
Contacting The Nurse
The Nurse may not be able to speak with you immediately when you call. If you are phoning to collect test results, please leave your name, date of birth and date of tests.
The Nurse can also be emailed on nurse@anu.edu.au and she will reply as soon as convenient (not necessarily the same day). It is important to keep in mind that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed with email correspondences so sensitive results are better retrieved with an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse.
