Worry often robs us of many important moments in our lives. Mindfulness can help us put down this worry, even if just for a moment, to connect and generate strength from experiences that are important to you. Today, on the podcast, Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Dr Conal Monaghan, a clinical psychologist and researcher who specialises in personality disorders. Together they explore the power of mindfulness in coping with worry.
