Mind Seeds Podcast: Episode 6 - How connecting with our values can help in times of change

16 April 2021

There is something about being human whereby if we bring to mind what is important and meaningful to us, then we are capable of working through and being with some really difficult thoughts and emotions and still engaging in activities that can be challenging and connected to these values.

Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Linda Nicholson, a clinical psychologist and educator who specialises in Acceptance and Committment Therapy and clinical supervision. Together they discuss how values and meaning can help us cope with change and uncertainty.

About the Mind Seeds series:
