Our thoughts and perceptions matter. Often, it is our appraisal of a situation, not necessarily the situation itself, that determines how we feel. Today, on the podcast, Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Dr Kristen Murray, a clinical psychologist and researcher who specialises in the intersection between physical and mental health. Together they explore this concept and offer helpful solutions for dealing with stress and unhelpful thoughts.
