Today, on the podcast, Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Julia Reynolds, a clinical psychologist and educator who specialises in e-Mental Health and digital technologies. Together they explore how emotions can guide us in life and through change and offer helpful solutions for how we can enhance the way we work with our emotions.
