Self compassion can help us cope during challenging times. How we treat ourselves matters but it can come with misgivings and is not always easy.

Today, on the podcast, Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Associate Professor Liz Rieger, a clinical psychologist and researcher who specialises in eating and weight disorders. Together, they discuss self-compassion and uncover ways to be self-compassionate and compassionate towards others.
