Most people don’t like change and it can be perceived as a threat. There are ways to manage this by soothing our ‘threat system’.

Today, on the podcast, Associate Professor Bruce Christensen is joined by Lisa Oxman, a clinical psychologist and educator who specialises in personality disorders and its treatments. Together they explore ways to manage the challenges of uncertainty.
